I like Blackjack, so I was quite excited when I approached the Blackjack Ballroom. They use Microgaming software (one of the big providers of software to the online casino industry) so their program is polished - it looks good, sounds good, plays good, and is very easy to understand.
Blackjack Ballroom's cashouts are faster than average (2-3 business days) - if you time it right. They offer both email, phone, and live support. Definately use live support, it's the quickest.
They've got 123 casino games, including - not surprisingly - 7 versions of blackjack. Some might call them just another casino, but they do lean slightly toward blackjack.
In my opinion that can't be bad.

The deposit requirement for the ballroom is a little steep, since you need a grand to max the bonus out. The wagering requirement is also a little steep - 60X if you're playing Blackjack, even Video Poker is a 30X requirement.
